titletownclown Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 UK sucks. End of story. Towles should reconsider. He's too good for the program.
oldrambler Posted September 2, 2011 Author Posted September 2, 2011 And I picked UK to score 42 pts!:lol: :ohbrother: This team may not have a total of 42 after he first 4 or 5 games, This was way beyond ugly, terrible, pathetic. a joke or any other derogatory term one could print along with several word filter violations. 7 wins, I think that I may have seen one 8 win prediction for U.K.. I will stick with my 5 win season.....maybe. I really hope that I am wrong and they get some things worked out and have a decent season but I just don't see it.
oldrambler Posted September 2, 2011 Author Posted September 2, 2011 UK sucks. End of story. You think!!
The Scribe Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Only 24,600 in attendance. Not the numbers WKU was hoping for when they signed the 4-year deal.
Clyde Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Only 24,600 in attendance. Not the numbers WKU was hoping for when they signed the 4-year deal. They needed about 30k to break even.
dynamite-tnt Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Only 24,600 in attendance. Not the numbers WKU was hoping for when they signed the 4-year deal. I was amazed that many attended the game in Nashville, Tennessee. Lucky to have those numbers on a Thursday night . I was guessing 17,000 to 19,000.
mcpapa Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 I'm still scratching my head over the decision to play in Nashville.
Jim Schue Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Only 24,600 in attendance. Not the numbers WKU was hoping for when they signed the 4-year deal. Good. I hope that puts an end to any more hare-brained ideas about teams from the same state scheduling choice games in another state. Imagine what BG would have been like with those folks in LT Smith Stadium, and all those unable to afford the premium-priced tix tailgating beforehand and hitting the BG bars to watch the game. I hope the BG mayor and CofC sends nasty letters to UK and WKU chastising them for their stupidity in gleefully shipping all that tax money south to that miserable dump of a state they call Tennessee.

That way they can celebrate the return of D-2 football in Bowling Green. I'm sure they cant wait for Eastern Illinois, SW Arkansas State, and Immatellin U. to play in Bowling Green again
bigbluefan02 Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 It wasn't pretty by no means, but a win is a win. Hope the offense shows up because they sure can't rely on the defense doing it every game. Too many 3 and out's, among other things. But on the bright side, the punting unit looked good!
malachicrunch Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Does Joker make it through the season?
