The antics of Vinny and Pauly D are reason enough to watch the show and are certainly the reason I still watch. Several of the others are intolerable (Sammi is HORRIBLE and ruins every moment of the show she's in) but these come and go enough that I can still be entertained.

Agree that Pauly and Vinny are by far the best. I just wish they would get their own show. Sammi is the absolute worst.

I watched about 15 minutes with my kids and thought it was horrible but to each their own.

I can't remember who said, I don't have to step into sewage to know it stinks.

The Situation has become lame but I am anxiously awaiting when Ronnie takes him out. From what I understand, Vinny - behind the scenes - has become the most difficult to work with. Everyone says he is an absolute jerk.

I think so too. All of them are highly entertaining even though Sam has to be one of the dumbest women alive. I don't know what it is about them, maybe it's because I have watched every season of The Real World and Jersey Shore is pretty much The Real World on steroids(literally) but I like all of them(except Sam) and could easily hang out with all of them and I enjoy the show. Maybe I am a moron but I like reality television and I don't take many things in life seriously at all. We all have our flaws and one thing I have learned about myself is to not take myself or anyone else too seriously. We all do dumb stuff, say dumb stuff and act like dummies from time to time so I can't hate on Jersey Shore for capitalizing on their stupidity.

For the unintentional comedy, I could hang out with all of them. I'd love to be able to talk to Sammie and pick her brain(it amazes me how clueless she is) and I'd love to hang with Pauly D and Vinnie just to get stupid for the night.

My friend who is big in the reality tv world now after his run w the bachelorette and the bachelor pad has met all of these guys. My friend can be an ego maniac, but he said that they are all impossible to hang with. Complete tools was his choice of words.

Never watched, never will. Maybe this isn't fair since I haven't watched, but to quote the maitre'd in Ferris Bueller's Day Off, "I weep for the future."

I say I'm not going to watch it the next thing I know there I am watching the whole thing.
