Since when? I clearly remember in the 1st thread people complaining about him stealing Stubbs in front of Votto, which would've or did lead to an IBB of Votto. Now he has a green light? If I remember correctly, Dusty even admitted to giving the steal sign and everyone bashed him for it.

 

You clearly don't know the difference between the first inning and the 9th inning of a game where there was already an out so Stubbs making the 2nd out caught stealing meant Votto wasn't guaranteed to get an at bat.

No doubt Hanigan should have had the ball, but with that extra infielder playing up the middle there is no diving for the ball, and throwing from the knees. Maybe even a chance for a DP, depending on how slow/fast the runner was.
