Track The NL Central Champion Reds (Week 9)

If Lecure is going to start in Atlanta which is what you said they are short a pitcher for the Philly series. If someone in Louisville is making the start I agree with you.

Leake only threw 2 innings last night. It could be him.

I'm pretty sure it will be, but that doesn't explain opening a spot on the 40 man roster.

Janish in the 2 hole. I love me some Dusty.

When they were winning 6 games in a row and he didn't want to change the lineup I was furious he continued hitting Janish 2nd but I could kind of see why he didn't want to change it even though I disagreed with it. Now he is just making himself out to be more of an idiot every day. It is so obvious that BP should hit 2nd and Rolen should hit 4th that a 3 year old could figure it out. Dusty is so frustrating that it makes it hard to enjoy the fact that they won the division last year and should contend for it this year.

So, who's gonna be the one to stop the bleeding?

I hope we get to see that passionate Gomes in the lineup again tonight. LRCW ain't off work today and can't chirp on about his boy JPU. Let's just say that LRCW's head is so far up there that you can't tell where Gomes ends and LRCW begins.

I sure hope there's a cure for what Big Snack has.

Arroyo on his way back to Cincy....

Glad to see Janish out of the 2nd spot. He sucks.

In the second spot. :D

Arroyo on his way back to Cincy....

He looked absolutely gassed coming out of the game yesterday.

He looked absolutely gassed coming out of the game yesterday.

He hasn't looked right for a while. Fastball velocity has been down a lot recently. That is usually when he struggles.

Janish is absolutely horrible on offense lol...Here are the numbers for Pauly in May vs NL pitchers for the season...

.106/.157/.149 for the month of May, most in the 2nd spot of the lineup. For comparison

.134/.165/.168 are the season averages for NL Pitchers

I have heard people say that Frazier might only be with the Reds for the Philly series...If so shouldn't he get a little playing time, or does this mean that he isn't getting sent back down and that he will have plenty of time to get in games...This meaning Gomes is going to be shipped out?
