The CCH letter from the anonymous parent:

What happened to kids accepting their roles on the team? Some kids are the stars, other kids get the stars ready in practice. That's life.

Really had very little/nothing to do with the letter's intentions.

I have 4 sons, and sometimes things happen for a reason. Each one has a story they could share. The last one wants to play for the University of Alabama. So did I. Just hope this child grows on and off the court. The Price of victory is High, But so are the rewards".

How did the Guru write this long story and not lose his post, my time out and I have to re enter. I hate that.

Sorry, just sounds like a whiney parent upset about playing time and has elected to attack the coach to vent frustration. Anyway, I think it's funny that the person said who are we afraid of in the email. Clearly the person isn't fearless.

You serious? You're not from around here are ya! There were plenty of hints throughout the email. All will deny but it really doesn't matter. Lets just say all's well in PHs.

I am in Boyle County. I have no idea who wrote it.

When I grew up, I had a dream of marrying Daisy Duke. I worked hard to make sure my chores were done by 7pm on Friday nights. But as I grew older, I realize that this wasn't going to happen.

I dont remember sending a bunch of people a letter asking people to pressure Daisy into marrying me. I also didnt send a letter requesting them to bombard CBS with letters forcing her ouster because she didn't marry me. Her acting maybe.

What's next for these players? The parents don't feel like they got a fair shake on a job interview so they proceed to send e-mails to the corporate heads requesting the job interviewer's ouster?

Their kid gets a speeding ticket so they show up in court on their kid's behalf to argue the fairness of the ticket?

A girl dumps their son so they send e-mails to her parents and aunts and uncles asking that she be punished?

Parents will be the ruination of high school sports. They are already on their way. At some point, you have to quit trying to fight all of their battles or they will never be self-relient adults.

:thumb: I couldn't agree more.

I guess most of us do not have your knowledge base or intelligence to figure it out...........?

Wow that was a long email.

Poor guy has some issues! Was it his dream or his kids dream to play at CCH? "He had a basketball in his hand since he could walk". Sounds like daddy wanted to live vicariously through his son?

I hear ya PP92. I'm in Frankfort and have no idea either. :idunno:

If it was an email wouldn't it have the name attached for all to see when it was to be forwarded?

Seems like it. Seems like everyone in NKY knows who wrote it but doesn't want to say their name.

Hey Guru, was the email forwarded to you from the person or did you stumble across it like everyone else did? Did you have their permission to post it or did you say 'the heck with it' and put it out there?

This whole situation is intriguing.

I'm from NKY, have a nephew that goes there (he didn't try out for the team) and I don't know who wrote it.

Makes it even more intriguing. So everyone doesn't know who wrote it. I assumed from previous posts that everyone in the area knew. I bet the stands at CCH games are akwardly tense.

I know, I'm a CCH alum and I have no idea who wrote it. I guess I'm not from around here either.
