Sweeperboy, you really should just let this one go and quit trying to psycho-analyze the Ryle program or their girls. This win was just a stepping stone to much bigger goals. I know your Lady Birds beat us last week, but if they played 10 games, Ryle would win 9 of those contests.

I think this may be incorrect Moss scored the first 4 points of the game and I think she had maybe 8 at the half. Regardless her shots were not falling in the first half. This was a great game and Ryle's GP worked. Nash had the best game I have seen her play she was very aggressive and got after it on the boards. Bottom line in this game was Ryle's team game. Everyone contributed and worked together to secure this win. I look forward to the next matchup!

I know I should not pick on Coach Fookes record, it's quite impressive, but it really get old listening her fan club when the games are all about the young girls playing and not the coaches. I'm also waiting to hear from the " Usual Suspects" on their take on the game. You know who I mean... Crunch-time, h20boy, bcrebeldad and kyrebel....

She in past years has always had better talent than everyone else , but not this year. Saw Ryle at SK and against BC, if they play hard as a unit and share ball they will be tough to beat .You can not let them shoot three's either, so you have to pick your poison with them. it

I hear what everyone is saying but this is not the most important game and I don't think we saw either team unleash their full arsenol of weapons. Both teams will have to tiptoe through the Regional without becomming a victim of the ever present upset by one of the young teams like NDA or HC. St. Henry and NCC are very dangerous and senior rich so they have a real shot in the Regional action.

 

I do look for Ryle and Boone to meet in the Regional finals and that will be the girls game of all games for 2011, if they both make it. Love the crowds and love the girls intensity so it should be fun watching whatever happens. Heck I might even take a picture or two if they get to the finals, who knows.

Regionals should be exciting!!

Fun game , great atmosphere. As I said earlier in the week, I wish these 2 teams could play every week. Congratulations to Sydney on scoring her 200th career point. quit an accomplishment. I thought Ryle did a great job of keeping her at bay in the 1st half. She came out strong in the 2nd half but she can't do it alone. #42 had a great game but not much help from the rest of the Boone squad. Jenna Crittendon had another all around game. she plays the game harder than anyone, boy or girl I have seen in quite a while. Looking forward to Round #2. 2000 points, sorry!

That's what I thought about Cheesman. Why not overplay/sit on her right hand? Her left-hand dribble looked shakey to me. There was a Ryle guard in the JV game that did the same thing.

Congrats to the lady Raiders. I heard they played well. Like I said I really didn't care who won. But if Ryle did not win it would be completely on the coach. Ryle is by far more talented than Boone, by far. Last night they did what they were suppose to do. The best team with the best players are suppose to win. Lets don't act like this was a big upset or something and now you have the best coach that has ever walked northern KY. Still not sure why Cheeseman is not a starter? I still maintain that your coach can not win games they are not suppose to. If Ryle does not go to the state tournament (and go deep in it) this year and next it will not be the players fault. Ryle has unbelievable talent right now. Atleast two D-1 players if not more. And by the way I forgot just how many regional banners does Ryle have hanging in their gym?
