Well. looks like HHS ducked the in-state big boys again during the regular season. That scrimmage game will be a dandy, but everybody knows scrimmages don't mean anything. History will tell you that.

Yeah, ABC missed waaaaaaay too many classes in the day, sitting at home watching wheel of fortune. The scene probably went something like " Pat, I will take a vowel for $500 please" and "hey Qyrce if your not doing anything constructive grab me another donunt would ya".

 

To the thread, could the HHS vs Elder game at the Pitt draw a national audience. Heard that this could make someones schedule as well. That would be a dandy, I for one have seen many of the games on Thurs nights over the yrs and the this matchup so late in the yr could make for some really good disciplined football between two State powers. JMO, Drive for Five!!!!!

Will be interesting to see what Coach Mueller does with a BYE soooo early in the season.

Why? Looks like 2 good tests before the playoffs start. Although there is speculation Ryle will be down compared to this year.

 

My only concern would be injuries. 2 games with physical and significantly larger schools right before the playoffs could wear a team down before the DF5 begins. That said, injuries are hard to predict and can occur on any snap.

Can't waint for the trip to Boyle; should be a fun game.

My understanding is that Dixie originally said no and later changed its mind. Congrats to Tom Spritzky for agreeing to play Highlands. Should they matchup with X or particularly T in the playoffs, playing Highlands should help Dixie.
