A website named http://www.fvsports.com is reporting via twitter that UK is out of the running for Lamar Dawson. They say it will be USC, Oregon or UT. I sent a message to Larry Vaught asking to confirm this and have yet to get a reply.

 

The guy married to his mother seems to think he will go to Central Florida.

 

While I hope this is true I do not believe it. I will be shocked if he isn't a Wildcat. Stay tuned.

 

 

I just exchanged tweets with the guy and he admitted he was speculating because Lamar hadn't announced yet and because he is reportedly taking his mom and grandmother to UT this weekend. At least he admitted he doesn't really know.

Dooley and UT won more games than Joker and UK. Dooley and UT played in a better bowl. UT and Dooley will get better than UK quicker. UT and Dooley will keep beating UK. UK will be lucky to win 4 games next year while UT will be bowl eligible in October next year. Need I go on?

I'm a huge UK fan and as bad as I'd want to see UK get him, I honestly wish he'd go out west and do what's best for him. UK has done all that they can do to grab this kid. Now, all we can do is wait. USC or Oregon is perfectly fine with me.

I can't confirm it 100% but I have been told that USC, UK and UT are his final 3 choices. We should know at this time tomorrow. From what I have been told ESPN will be in the building and he should be one of the recruits shown on ESPNU tomorrow. As soon as I get a text from my son telling me his choice I will start a thread in the College Football Forum so check that forum for his choice starting around 9am tomorrow. The assembly is at the gym and will start no later than 9:30 and as early as 9:00. Stay tuned.
