December 10, 201015 yr Yes, just saw this on 18WLEX news. He was arrestted for AI around 3:00 a.m. There is also an assault charge being investigated. This does not seem like his demeanor. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
December 10, 201015 yr Not very smart by Mr. Hartline. Was this at a private party? What happened, did they get out of hand and somebody called the cops? What is failure to change address?
December 10, 201015 yr What is failure to change address? His driver's license is not up to date with his current permanent address. Just like when you move from one side of town to the other, you have 30 days (I believe) to get it updated.
