Disorderly Conduct - no where in the citation does it say what he did to become disorderly, unless the DC charge is from the punch. If the officer believes there was a punch then why not an assualt charge?

 

If he did hit a woman I have issues with that. Just means he is a chump. Do I hold it against him forever....NO just means he is a Chump all his life in my book.

 

As for the TV crew - that is what the news does report the news. Just like Chasing OJ.

 

As for Joker - Don't play him in the bowl. Play both your other QB's and get a head start on getting them ready.

FYI, If you don't change it, and you get pulled over you could be cited or even arrested. The latter isn't likely though.

I see 18 or 19 year olds (assuming the athletic preference of holding players back in school so that they graduate at 19) as college freshmen.

 

College freshmen, including me, made very few if any good decisions in the regards of their social activities. Learning to be out on their own for that first time and they go a little crazy.

 

I would give them the benefit of the doubt and wouldn't hound them at the police station.

 

Now a 4-5 year senior who is 21-23. That's a different story.

The first two lines explain it all. He was observed in verbal, disorderly conduct that included yelling, screaming, and cussing.

 

He wasn't charged with assault because the officers probably didn't see this happen. Because he wasn't charged with assault, it's likely the female was not a girlfriend/wife/mother of his child or else he would have likely been arrested for domestic violence. Shoplifting and domestic violence are the only two misdemeanors police can arrest for without witnessing.

Sounds like you are making an excuse for everything he did.

I find it strange that no friends or Coaches were there to pick him up. He left in a cab. Hmmm.... I guess he wasn't liked or well thought of in the locker room. Anybody else find that odd?

 

I obviously don't know that for sure but I have thought the same thing. Every interview that I heard him do on wkyt news I certainly got that impression of him, if he was like the impression I got with his teammates and friends then I can understand no one having his back.
