I think Swaback (SP) gets the job. Or maybe me. :idunno:

I am in your corner. Rather than HC --- I think you would help the Rocks the most as HR {Head Recruiter} :D

Too bad we couldn't land your son.

Still waiting for your pick of the Dawgs - or have you already done so.

What are these things you call basketball and baseball?????

Just after school "ACTIVITIES" to keep the student body busy after the " GRIDIRON Season "..

Unless Bush and Redman "walk through that door" for Male, Trinity wins by at least 25 points.

The probable starters for both teams are posted on the KHSAA website at:

I was surprised not to see Quick listed as either a starter or backup at Wide Receiver. If I remember correctly, he scored on a long pass on one of the first plays against Ryle. Doesn't he usually start? Now he's not even listed as a reserve. What's the story here, Shamrocks?

They are not gonna share info with us H. I know some folks and maybe I can find out.

It must be some sort of private school conspiracy.

Look again. He's listed as a kick returner. We have over 1000 kids on the roster and try to list as many as possible.

I bet Mr. Quick makes an appearance Saturday night.

^^^ You never know he might want to stay home and watch the Huskers/Sooners/Auburn/Gamecocks. From reading all the predictions he could do that along with several others.

Or play basketball..does Trinity have a basketball game Saturday night?

Actually they do. Basketball Rocks play E-Town at 7:30. I am told that Quick will run to E-Town when the defense is on the field and run back to Bowling Green when the offense is on the field.

Nice! And since E-Town and B-Green are in different time zones, he'll have plenty of time to get back and forth. :D

As an aside, ( and I think I have this right) Bob Costas tells the story that when he was calling games for the Spirit of St. Louis ABA pro basketball team, Marvin Barnes refused to fly from Louisville to St. Louis because the plane left at 11:43 and arrived at 11:35. Marvin didn't want any part of time traveling.

SR

ARe you including the kids that we "Red Shirt" in that # ???

I also understand that we have some pretty awesome 3rd and 4th graders that we are looking at and some may be invited down for the game and possible offered "Preferred Walk On" status - at even their tender years. It just gets better.
