99.9% of the teams and fans dream of being the best. Your only the best if you win it all! Beechwood and Mayfield have done it alot of times in 1A Although Mayfield may have won a couple in 2A. These two teams IMO are the best. And all of us 33 or so 1A teams dream of being you someday. But it takes decades to get there!!

I agree. Beechwood is also dreaming about beating Mayfield.

I can tell you that the people at Frankfort understand who is King of the Mountain. They also know that it will take an extra effort to get the mighty King off that Mountain.

 

The boys from Frankfort are honored to have that oppurtunity to try and Take out the King.

 

Just like all Kings eventually a group of wild warriors find away to take down the king. So Fat Albert and his gang of misfits will try this friday.

Coach, I think you are right. Frankfort is getting too little respect in this thread. Frankfort always has a good team with great athletes. They will be the fastest team Beechwood has played since Highlands. This game will be a battle. There are only a couple of posters here predicting a lopsided win for Beechwood and they are not Beechwood fans. Beechwood knows they need to play their best to beat Frankfort.

First you have to get to the king... That would be defending "State Champs" LCA... Like VOR pointed out in another thread, Beechwood has not been ranked in the 1 or 2 position all year according to other polls in the state. Beechwood has respect for Frankfort and needs to play a great game of football in order to win this week.

Does anyone have more 1A tiitles than the Tigers? If not mistaken they are still King of class A
