I want a new guy. I mean a guy who hasn't been a head coach but is a established and respected coordinator. Look at teams like the Ravens and Jets for example. I realize it doesn't always work that well, but I definitely don't want Fox or some other mediocre head coach. No way they get Cowher, but I wonder if Gruden would be a possibility??
