Christian Co, scores 14 pts in last 2 minutes to upset BG. Onside kick recovered after late score allows Christian to score Td with about 20 seconds remaining. BG controlled 2nd half after scoreless Ist half.

WOW!!!!!:idunno:

Way to stay in it Christian County.

Big, Big win for Christian Co.

Congrats Christian County!

Way to go Christain County

Disgusted.....especially after reading how they lost........but on a bright note, BG should be one of the top 3 teams in 5A next year.

Probably 1- 2 and 3.

BG returns a ton next year...They were a little young this year, but, they'll be a load next year and, no doubt, will have a bad taste in their mouths after the way their season just ended... Gotta be a painful one... Congrats CC on a great comeback...

They always are but they never close it out. They just don't seem to show up in big games.

What a great win for CC.

Wow...a lot were predicting BG to be playing that first week of December against the Birds.

Bowling Green just never seemed to recover after the Trinity game. Before someone says it I know the reasoning behind why that game was close, but still, Bowling Green seemed to play better in that game than almost any game following it. Two of their last four games were stunning losses with double digit 4th Quarter leads. The one to Central was their largest blown lead at any point in the last 24 years. If not for that game, this one to Christian County would have rated as their largest 4th Quarter lead blown since Waggener in the 1998 state semis.

The city of Bowling Green just lost out on a huge spectacle next week. It'll still be a huge game, but not WC/BG for the region big.
