I think if Russell does not turn the ball over they will be coming home to Henry R. But that is sometimes easier said than done. The Belfry game was greatly affected by turnovers last year.

I believe that turnovers cost Russell that game last year. No excuses Belfry was the best that night. Without the turnovers it would have been alot closer. If my memory is correct Gross would have had TD's on both of the turnovers. Keep in mind the hits on Gross that night were great plays by Belfry.

Plus had we not fumbled on that kickoff we would have been up at half and gotten the ball back the second half. Even though I think Belfry had the best team the Devils would have had a shot late to win it. Turnovers are a part of football and usually are a good barometer for a game's outcome.

When you turn the ball over on the one yard line ur just giving up an easy score at Belfry last year.I just hope we can keep the penilties and fumbles down against Newport and get The semis Back to Russell.

It would a nice way to spend Thanksgiving weekend.
