October 6, 201015 yr Is the Pats giving up on this year? Do they think they can win a SB without their top weapon? They've won more Superbowls without Moss than with him.
October 6, 201015 yr They've won more Superbowls without Moss than with him. Anything is more than 0.
October 6, 201015 yr I think this will really be good for Moss and Moss fantasy owners. Favre loves WRs he can trust, Moss will get a ton of balls thrown at him, probably more than he can handle I'd say.
October 6, 201015 yr Hello Vincent Jackson,...this is Bill Belechick. How would you feel about playing for the Patriots? The Pats are just going to roll the dice with Brandon Tate.

Moss will be motivated and Favre will DEFINITELY throw the ball to him a lot. This is a positive for both Moss and his fantasy owners. When New England first acquired Moss, Favre was openly campaigning that the Packers would get him and when the Pats got him for just a 4th rounder I'm sure he wasn't very excited.
October 6, 201015 yr I just had a friend text me and say that it was official...can anyone confirm. ESPN is acting like it's done. Both sides have agreed to terms.
October 6, 201015 yr "Straight cash, homey." Still one of, if not the greatest one-liner from an athlete all time. Moss will now play on consecutive Monday night games and in NY for the second time this season.

October 6, 201015 yr How effective do you see Randy Moss being so short a time after joining a new team? He's going up against one of the premier corners in the league, albeit one he beat already (in the 1 on 1 sense, not team) earlier this season.

Moss is better now than anyone the Vikins have, even with his limited knowledge of the playbook. If he wants to focus and be on his game, I expect him to excel.

NFL systems are so similar he sould have no problem pick ing up the playbook. Favre seems to find chemistry with a WR pretty quickly if he trust them. He's going against Revis so he probably won't have an out-of-this-world game but, I think he'll still do pretty well because when motivated he's the best WR of all-time IMO.
October 6, 201015 yr ^ And you know he'll be motivated because he feels like he has something to prove again.
October 6, 201015 yr Hello Vincent Jackson,...this is Bill Belechick. How would you feel about playing for the Patriots? If they wanted a younger receiver with a longer cheaper contract they would have traded up for one in the draft. Maybe someone like Dez Bryant. I think they're sticking with Welker and Tate.
