Graves has been a bit disappointing so far this season giving up a lot of points to Trousdale Co. and Paducah Tilghman with defense supposedly their strength this year. They have a chance to turn it around in a big hurry Friday night.

Mayfield comes in off of an easy win over Calloway where the starters (again) played a little over two quarters while racking up 500 yards in offense.

Thoughts... predictions...

Thinking the Cards get another shut out here... 31-0 Mayfield

I usually shy away from predictions, but 31-0 might be generous to Graves. They aren't the defensive juggernaut a lot of folks predicted. Mayfield can probably hang 50 points on the Eagles. Last week PTHS, next week Lone Oak. Graves is in the middle of a tough stretch!

The way Mayfield has been playing they will win by as much as they want to.

I love taking the little guy! So I'll take MHS. Say +21!!

Never underestimate the emotional impact of a big rivalry game. I, too, think Mayfield has too many horses for the Eagles, but, it'll likely be a bit closer than what most are predicting... Mfd 38 Gr Co 14

If the Cards do end up scoring in bunches, the 1st string will likely get another quarter or 2 off. With district play coming up, the starters are assured of getting plenty of rest with the 2 Fultons next on the docket.

Cards by 14+

I would say that Mayfield will rack up 500+ yds again with a huge win!!!

Graves County by one over Mayfield. Where is the Eagle love?
