With regard to this game, the timing of it could be important. HHS is coming off a game, many thought would be "the game" for ending the Bluebirds' win streak. Next week, HHS has their first away game, against a team (Boone County) that surprised a lot of people with their huge win over highly ranked Henry Clay last week. About everybody is saying this game's outcome is all but decided. Could the BW players maybe use this as extra motivation, and could the HHS players maybe believe what is being said about this game being a slam dunk and be looking ahead to next week? I realize it's a long shot, but you never know! It's hard for a team to play with full effort every single week of a long season, no?

Tonight or tomorrow you can write about how the young beechies got out of the game unhurt and you saw some positives in a second straight loss.

Going with Highlands in this one. However, I have alot of respect for Noel Rash and Beechwood.

HHS has Withrow at home next week before traveling to Florence to play Boone.

History, just curious, who is your home team? If it actually is Trinity, I notice you don't discuss in the Trinity game thread. You post more in all the Highlands threads than anyother. So , who do you really root for?

Haha the fans that annoy you are the ones that act just like you haha. Why doesnt Trinity schedule Highlands? gosh you would think they would by now (obvious sarcasm). Trintiy tried to schedule Highlands and Highlands tried to schedule Trinity, case closed. You always come back to the same arguement because you are jealous of Highlands success. What else do you have to say about Highlands besides they didn't schedule Trinity this year and you can't prove that Dale was unsuccessful at Withrow and Sycamore. Is that really all you got about Highlands? Because if it is we all know your arguement and you know most of the Highlands fans arguement. It must be rough being jealous of such a successful coach and team.

Last week Ryan Ernst reported that the HHS-BW game may be shown live on the USA Today's website... any word on whether this is the case?

 

It doesn't appear that it will. They are carrying some games but it wasn't listed.

Loved the attitude they expressed in the paper this morning. It's the attitude that has seen these teams going to state together on several occasions. They expect to win tonight. "We are Beechwood, and we are going to win." Gotta love that! :thumb:
