August 19, 201016 yr Honestly, I think both the Reds and the Cardinals are largely a product of getting to play so many games against the Cubs, Pirates, Astros and Brewers. The NL Central is just a bad division this season. The Reds have taken more advantage of that than the Cards and consequently have a 3 game lead. That isn't to say that either team couldn't get hot in the playoffs and win the whole thing, we've seen that happen before. However, I do think that the NL Central teams are a couple of notches below the AL big guns and a notch below the other NL Division Leaders. The Reds are a great story and are having a breakthrough year but I think they might be a year or 2 away from being elite. The NL Central has greatly benefited them--but not totally made them like Cowherd says.

How many NL teams besides the Padres have a better road record than the Reds? 2 -10 record on the road against STL, ATL, SF, and PHI. STL is 9 - 13 on the road against CIN, SF, PHI, SD, and LA. The Reds have not played LA or SD on the road yet.

August 19, 201016 yr When I think of Cowherd, I can't help but see her!:thumb: I would do unspeakable things for Beadle. She's one of the top 5 hottest women in the world to me because she knows her sports. As for the Cowherd comment, I think the Reds are a pretender until they prove otherwise. I hope they're not, but I think it's best to be cautiously optimistic.

August 19, 201016 yr Am I the only one who doesn't think Michelle Beadle is gorgeous? I mean she's attractive, don't get me wrong, but she doesn't do all that much for me. Plus their show is HORRIBLE.
