Track the Reds (Week 13)

Featured Replies

The Reds rebound nicely from last week's record of 1-5, to go 5-1, and go from being 1 1/2 back of the Cards to a 1/2 game lead on the Cards. A big two weeks coming up leading to the All Star break. Let's hope the Reds can stay right with the Cards over the next 14 days.

What record will you people be satisfied with over the next 13? What record will leave you feeling:

Giddy ... ?

Happy...?

Satisfied...?

My expectations seem to be a bit higher than some, but I'll say that 10-3 will have me on the verge of giddyness; 9-4 will leave me a happy camper ; 8-5 will leave me satisfied(you know, like getting your belly full at a big seafood buffet but not being able to hold any of that dessert you love).

Give me 8-5 and I won't even complain about next Sunday's loss.

Yes you will...

game, I promise you. If we get two of three from Philly and take three of four in Wrigley you won't hear a peep out of me about the loss to the Cubs next Sunday.

Overall, 8 wins out of the next 13 and I'll be content going into the break.

Kyle Kendrick v. Johnny Cueto - Reds should win, but Cueto gave up like 10 runs in 1 inning against the Phillies last year, almost to the day.

3 @ home v. the Phillies

4 @ Wrigley

3 @ Mets

4 @ Philadelphia

I'd be giddy with 9+ wins.

I'd be very, very happy with 8 wins.

I'd be satisfied with near .500 ball (6-7 wins).

Doggone, I wish we could have caught the Phils a couple weeks ago. They have really started to bash the ball of late. Unless the Reds take games one and two, they likely won't win this series( agree, people?). Let get the first two...

Hey Hey Hey what do you say Scotty Rolen! 2 run shot off of the foul pole!

Also, his 300th HR of his career.

2-0 after four...good guys.

I love Scott Rolen!!!

He grew up as a UK fan so there's one more reason.

What two shortstops went 30 & 30 and won a Gold Glove in the same year?

Concepcion and Larkin?

Concepcion and Larkin?

Larkin is correct...still need one more? (Second player wasn't a Red).
