UK's win over Baylor? What am I missing?

Win over Cornell you mean...

Can a mod change the thread title to win over Cornell? I don't know what I was thinking.

Or we could just leave it up, and let the others decide who is clueless.:lol:

Seriously, I'll change it, but what problem do you have with the article?

I don't see anything wrong with the article. The Cats gave about 70% last night.

One thing though, he needs to do a fact check - that was Patterson that had the two-handed block.

I don't see much to be upset about either. At this point its just more of the same tired unoriginal garbage.

The only problem I have is he says Cousins had the two-handed block, when it was Patterson.

Ooh! Ooh! Can I answer?!? I'm pretty well-schooled in unearthing nuggets over which to feign outrage ...

I can't say I disagree with anything in the article. Cats looked flat second half. :idunno:

Who cares what Freeman thinks we will just have to do our talking on the court!

Go Big Blue!

You have the floor Jim. :D

My only disagreement with the article was that he criticised Cal's coaching ability. I thought it was a very solid game plan, and on the defensive end, executed solidly for most of the game. That was my only negative. I thought the rest of the article was pretty accurate.

Yeah I think this guy is clueless. He obviously has a strong dislike for Calipari, criticizing him in 2 articles in the last week. Him and Pat Forde are probably good friends.

I am sorry you are going to have to point out what I missed in reading the article that was not true.

I disagree. I don't think your giving Cornell enough credit for being a quality basketball team. Our defensive intensity was good pretty much the whole game. They were not giving 70% on defense. They really got after them. This is the same team that scored like 89 against Wisconsin, who also defends well. Now offensively we struggled a bit, but defensively we did a great job!

What bothered me is he talked about Calipari's lack of coaching ability. He also said Calipari has no control over when the team turns it on or off. He criticized the way UK played for a while during the 2nd half, but in most games every team goes through some sort of slump at some point in the game.
