Concessions at The Fieldhouse?

Featured Replies

On Friday the seating was correct - Pendleton fans behind thier own bench. I'm surprised they changed it back.

GRC was playing, I'm not.

Was Pendleton behind the Mason Co bench for their game tonight?

I mean a quick talk to the AD and I'm sure Coach O'Hearn would have no problem.

Why does Mason Co just take care of it to begin with, they are hosting the tourney. Why should we be bother with this?? Poor management.

I'm not sure they have many option in the Fieldhouse; time has probably passed it by. Where do you place both teams student section? You can't put them on the same side. So either way you end up leaving the opposing teams fans behind one of the benches. No way around it.

Didn't stay for the game.

Opposing fans is OK, but not the student section. There is a huge difference.

You could always go watch the 9th Regional Tournament and stop the complaining. One less disgruntled fan in the Fieldhouse wouldn't hurt.

This one less disgruntle fan has been at every game this week (boys and girls) and spent several dollars, have you?:ohbrother:

I agree but even the opposing fans get a little carried away at times. I think its simply better and safer putting the respective teams fans behind their benches. Clark has a great following, impressive student support. I hated to see when they all put their fingers in the Scott players face during one of the inbounds in front of GRC students but other than that the school has a lot to be proud of.

All Mason has to do is put the fans of the home team on the same side the benches are on. That way the home team's student section is directly behind their own bench. It's a pretty simple issue to solve.

I have watched the 9th region games and a few 10th region games this year. Unfortunately, couldn't make some of the girls. Will probably watch the 9th Region finals. As far as disgruntled? Not at all.... Just stating the obvious. I don't think anyone can compare the two facilities. The fieldhouse is big and def. a nice HS arena, but to say it is anywhere close to NKU's facility? No way. not even a contest.

Yeah but this is a High School Tourny that should be played in a HS gym. I liked the atmosphere at Mason Co and Mont Co better.

Well... with that attitude why do they play in RUPP??? Come on, let the kids play in the best possible venues. Put your county pride, $$ or whatever aside and put the kids in the best venues.

Believe that GRC will be the home team Monday,( upper bracket winner) but don't see us getting that side of the gym. This is MASONS home side, don't see them sitting on the other side, I could be wrong, but don't think I will.

Yeah because Rupp holds 24,000. :D
