Just in. Apparently Highlands and Trinity will scrimmage prior to the start of the 2010 season opener. This scrimmage takes the place of long time Highlands / Male matchup. Details to come.

Don't kid yourself into thinking this is bigger than Dixie v NCC.

Yes they did....This is also the same night that All State candidate Josh Conner was injured. If he doesn't go down, this a 4 plus score difference in Highlands favor. Period!!!! Josh Conner was having his way with Male up until that point in the game.

This will be good going to Trinity if that happens. We will get to see how the Rich Kids live. Maybe that Tony Danza guy will show us around town if we let him on the bus. :thumb:20n10

I know the Rocks were down a bit last yr. Was this because they were young? That could be bad for Highlands if last yr was a rebuilding yr. 20n10

WOW!!! Sounds like HHS is stepping up their program. Some people on here feel that HHS schedule isn't always that strong. By adding Trinity albeit a scrimmage, this can only give the Birds a chance to see where they stand against what will probably be the #1 ranked team in the state next year. Add in some 7 on 7 tourneys and maybe they get a feel for where they stand "nationally" against some big boys. Looks as though HHS is heading to the next level. Maybe!:thumb:
