C'mon, quit sandbaggin on here my friend. No way in Gods green earth in Louisville will Trinity have a QB shortage or lack of talent. I would bet that on any given yr Trinity has 4 to 5 QBs in the waiting let alone the starter. By that I mean probably 2 or 3 of those QB's could start on probably every other team in the State except of course for Highlands and your cross town neimises (sp). :ohbrother: 20n10

 

No lack of talent at QB for Trinity, just a lack of experience. The roster will include, one Senior, two Juniors, and two (maybe three) Sophomores. All of these young men are capable, the younger ones are probably the most talented, but unproven.

Next year, as of now, I am not sure yet. I know that we'll be much more athletic overall, the new defensive scheme will be very effective, don't let anyone on here fool you, we'll be flying to the ball, we'll attack, and we'll defend the entire field at a much more efficient level. I look for us to be in the hunt at the end, a couple of breaks and we win it next year, the future is very bright in St. Matthews/

Seriously I don't think he is sandbagging on the qb situation. The rest of what he said I think is total sandbagging! :lol::lol::lol:

I think that they are losing more than they ever could imagine in Coach Bean, and I think that if Beatty is thinking that he can remove ANYONE and expect good or great results when you have to install a new system is just silly. It takes time for any new system to take effect.

 

I am not going to miss that "bend don't break" defense for 1 second. Looking forward to an aggressive scheme like we used to play "in the old days".:thumb:

Considering you all are the defending 6A champs after a convincing win in the title game this year, I have a hard time believing we are close to being ranked ahead of the Tigers. Especially considering how much they return.

Sorry to bust your bubble Al. But that would be Male and Highlands in the State of KY, and of course that is for another discussion and thread just by itself. Now if you are talking Titles then yes its a race to 20n10 and if both win then the winner of the scrimmage crowns KY best. :lol: 20n10

Question: have Trinity and Highlands ever scrimmaged? I seem to recall that these two programs played each other in a 7-on-7 passing competition a few years ago, but I don't remember any "real" scrimmages.
