Correct. The official turned his head and couldn't see who it went out on. I'm guessing the other two couldn't tell so by rule it goes to the AP and WVU had the arrow. The real shame was not that but the lack of a call on the shot from the corner.

Don't fall for the fake. Delk fell down but not due to the WVU player. The WVU player stuck the landing. Good defense.

Horrible call, obviously out on Ebanks. Even if it were a jump bowl, UofL had the arrow. So that explanation holds no water.

UofL hasn't had a lot of luck with refs in the last 10 seconds of game lately. That being said, they choked this game just like they did Nova and Pitt.

Cards are NIT bound...

Another choke job on the road. 11 pt lead and start taking stupid shots with 25+ still on the shot clock. Tough calls down the stretch but should have never got to that point. Why did we not put Siva back in the game. He was making things happen. He went out WV goes on the run.

Smith is horrible this season. Your post is dead on, Rick and the Cards lost that one regardless of horrendous officiating.

Are you sure? I thought the Cards had just got the jump ball when Samuels was tied up on a rebound under his own basket.

100% sure, Ebanks tied up Knowles a few plays after that one, when he stole it from him at midcourt.

There's no reason UL shouldn't be #2 or #3 in the Big East right now...

True, but they don' know how to finish. That's unreal too, you would think a team with a senior backcourt would know how to do that.

This team will be better next year when those two are out of the picture.
