It said in the story that UK took all the 1st place votes.

Well deserved, glad its finally official and now let's hold onto it.

Absolutely! :thumb:

As Coach Cal said, now the bulls-eye is even bigger.

Definitely. Every team ALWAYS wants to take out the #1. No matter who you are. Everyone always wants to beat UK. Now UK is #1 so that's alot more on the plate. Go Cats!

I love this and love all of the exposure that the University of Kentucky is getting. I have traveled all over the Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Maryland, Oklahoma, and Texas for work and everyone there is talking about the UK Wildcats, John Wall, or Calipari. It is awesome to constantly be on everyone's minds again.

No North Carolina! How long has that been?

Nice to see the Cats back on top. Hopefully, they can be in that spot after the tourney is over. Now is nice, but then would be better.

January of 2006

Glad to see it.

Also, FWIW, I wish UNC hadn't fallen out of the poll. There's something about UConn being the only team they've beaten in the top 25, and they wouldn't have had that had they not gotten Texas. Still, it is very nice. They've already equaled the amount of regular season wins they had last year.
