Featured Replies

I just waited for 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered from Ft. Wright Pizza Hut. We ordered a large pizza which was delivered late, cold an divided between two small pizza boxes. Delivery guy said they were going out of business. Say it isnt so???????

They are supposed to be closing soon. Honestly, I can't remember the last time I visited the Hut, has to be at least 15 years.

We also ordered pizza from Fort Wright Pizza Hut today, however we picked it up.

They put our 3 large pizza's into 6 medium boxes as they were out of the large boxes. Yes, they are going out of business and did not renew the liquor license for 2010.

The last time I ate there was a few months ago, and it was horrible. I used to love their meat lovers pizza. To me, it tasted like their pizza had changed.

Place has been a dump for years. Honestly, I'm surprised it lasted this long with the lousy service. Pretty soon there won't be much open at that shopping area because Walgreen's will be moving their store up the street near Kyles-Dixie intersection. That'll do wonders for traffic!!

Our first apartment was in Ft. Wright back in 1987 and we ate there frequently. Happened to be in the area a few months ago and stopped in to eat and it was disgustingly filthy and run down. Can certainly see why it would be closing.

That's a bummer b/c I like Pizza hut. Haven't been there in forever though. What is supposed to be going in that plaza? I have notice that everything is leaving that area.

Small wonder.

I haven't had a pizza delivered in 15+ years due to this reason. I like to control my own destiny when it comes to something as important as pizza consumption.

We have ordered delivery from them for years, with very little problem. Havent been inside the resaurant in a long time, so I cant comment on the condition of the place.

I also heard the Blockbluster in that shopping is leaving as well as Walgreens. That leaves only the dollar store. Too bad because it seems like a nice location. They had stores there for many years, but one by one they are leaving.

Our Pizza Hut in Ashland closed a few months ago. Are there a lot of them closing?

I don't think this applies to all Pizza Hut stores. The Pizza Hut in Fort Wright was built in the 70's and is outdated according to the current owners. The plaza has lost several tenants over the past few years.

True story...

My wife worked at the Mr. Friendly's IGA there behind the Pizza Hut and I proposed to her in that lobby area. I know it was a classy move, but I was excited and couldn't wait. They went out of business probably 10 years ago.

Nothing worse than seeing a whole strip mall void of any occupants, a true eyesore to the city of Ft. Mitchell.
