kyrecruiter
Great game by the Lady Bruins who never quit and hit their free throws to take command of the game.

ColonelMike
This is a complete shocker. Manual is a superbly-coached team favored to win the 7th region - and perhaps state! I haven't seen the Crimsons, but I've seen the Bruins, and they must have been off that day because I wasn't all that impressed with their discipline and organization... I must've seen them on an off-day... (in fairness; every team has those days...) Congrats to Ballard!! A wake-up call for the Crimsons?
CAL4ALL
Ballard appears to be a team that will be up and down, much like teams in the 8th region. They beat Lexington Christian by 15 on the road in their first game, but have also lost single-digit games to Ryle and Anderson County. Guess Manual got them on one of Ballard's up nights. Perhaps Ballard has more talent than discipline? Regardless, they obviously deserve to be watched, especially if they start to have more ups than downs. magicfan217
Ballard is talented and much improved from a year ago. That being said, Manuel should beat them. Very disapointing for Manuel.
