Texas 13 Nebraska 12

Well I'm sure Big 12 writers will leave TCU and UC off their ballots tomorrow just to be sure Texas gets in.

TCU or UC a kickoff out of bounds and horse collar tackle away from a title shot. Wow. Hats off to Lawrence though.. clutch kick.

It won't matter. The number 3 team unbelievably won and will rightfully move up to number 2.

Unbelievable ending.

Games like this is why we will never have playoffs.

What a question for Colt...."why did you struggle so much" are you serious?

Goodness. I couldn't be more upset about that out of bounds kickoff.

You can have unbelievable endings in playoffs too.....

Well said. And it's the truth....

I repeat from the update thread, I want the one second the 'Noles were owed in their game opener against Miami. They never got their review on that one.

Seriously, how many times have we seen close plays at the end of games and what do the refs do the second they see trip zeros? They run right off the field. No reviews, no questions, off the field, game over. But they did get it right.

I'll copy my post over from the update thread:

The Nebraska program needs to make up its mind what direction it wants to go in offensively. You can't recruit slow, cornfed linemen and run the spread. Simple as that. Their best bet is to go back to the option.

McCoy did not endear himself to the Heisman voters tonight. He played very poorly, and his clock management nearly cost Texas a shot at the win.

You can have unbelievable endings in playoffs too.....

I know, and I want playoffs badly, but a game like this with BCS national title implications give the BCS people even more ammo, IMO.

None of the FSU coaches called for it.... you had 30k Texans and the coaches calling for this one, the refs listened.

I'm not talking about a coaches review, I'm talking about from up top. Or someone.

The Texas coaches and fans may have been hollering for a review, but most of my life I have seen the referees bolt off the field and not so much as glance at a player or coach, and they usually ignore the pleas of fans entirely.

You had about 10 million dollars on this one.
