Nobody expected KC to take down Pitt either. It was a wash.

I know, but just knowing that going into the game I think makes it worse.

If Ben is healthy, I expect Pitt to win out.

I think there is no doubt.

Yeah, hope Pitt and Baltimore lose at least one more though.

I felt like Rice would have a big year. I tried hard to get him in our fantasy league but a friend was high on him. He's been great catching the ball out of the backfield!

Man I love seeing Pitt's get beat! I love watching Ray Lewis and Ed Reed play the game too! Watching those two play the positions they play is a thing of art!

I hate dwelling on the past, but a win over OAK last week, would have nearly locked it up for them.

If you're talking about winning the division, the Oakland loss will mean nothing. Now if you want to talk playoff seeding, it's huge.

It will mean everything if the Bengals go 2-3 the rest of the way, and the Steelers win out.

Some of the Steeler players calling Big Ben out? Really? Where did they get their medical degrees?

Here are a few of my thoughts on this one:

1. Although Dixon was in his first start against a top 5 defense no less, why not take the reigns off a bit, let him get outside the pocket with run/pass option a bit more. Seemed to me that the Steelers were playing more not to lose than to win.

2. Deshea Townsend has exceeded his ability to cover in this league and my hope is that he is finished after this season, which will make the Steelers players for a DB in the offseason.

3. Ray Rice is built for this league. Great vision, jump cuts similar to LT a couple of years back. Great in the passing game. He's top shelf.

4. Defensive backfield gets alot of mistakes covered up by the presence of Troy. Without him, the holes are glaring. Ryan Clark has given up 2 terrible plays on 3rd down 2 weeks in a row. William Gay is a below average cover corner in this league.

5. Joe Flacco is solid. Not flashy, but I think has been the difference in this team being so-so to being terrible the past couple of seasons. He's become a decent manager.

6. Considering the Steelers played without their starting DT, SS on the defensive side, and starting LG and QB, I'm surprised the score was as close as it was. If all of those guys don't return in the very near future, the Steelers will miss the playoffs no doubt.

A reach, but true. I'm getting a feeling that Balt and Pitt just aren't that good this year. I don't see Pitt winning out.
