And with good reason. The visitor seating is very poor. It's simply too low and it's difficult to see over the players or see what's going on at the far end of the field. That being said, the overall stadium and complex is unreal. Oh - and so is St. X's team!

They were winning at the end of the 1st due to a X fumble on the 18 yard line that resulted in their FG to go up 10-7. After that Ryle never saw the other side of the 50 until late when X had their 3's in the game. I do not think Ryle had a 100 yards rushing as a team and #34 was not a factor.

Actually Ryle was leading 10 - 7 in the early part of the 2nd quarter and then losing 14 - 10 for a quite a while. But it was eerily similar to both Ryle games vs Highlands where the game was close and then the stronger team busted loose just before halftime. Prior to that it looked like Ryle would make a game of it, but as is typical against great teams at any level turnovers proved costly and provided St. X with too many short fields and Ryle's D spent way too much time on the field and wore down. St. X's defense made adjustments after Ryle successfully drove the entire length of the field and then pretty much shut them down.

 

St. X got their jet sweep going and it was just devastating with the very good lead blocking and fast quick backs. X's passing was precise and it allowed them to get out of several 3rd and long situations.

 

Great season Ryle Raiders. Only losses to the top 3 teams in the state. With so many talented returning underclassmen, 2010 should be very brighter. Congrats to Seniors for leading the team back to its strong winning tradition and NKY top 3 status.

Not so fast! You have to play the best two 6A teams in the state to get the title and I seem to remember similar type statements the past few years that ended up tasting a bit like crow. :puke:

 

I believe, with your track record, X could have the Univ Florida's squad and there would be no guarantee of a state title.

Why do so many T fans feel the need to get on so many thread and talk smack. The one thing I have learned over the years is that the biggest difference between X and T is that X has a lot more class. JMO :thumb:
