November 2, 200916 yr Percy Harvin is going to end up being what Reggie Bush was supposed to be: the biggest home run threat in the NFL. I wouldn't be surprised if in a couple of years we are discussing him as one of the best players in the NFL.
November 2, 200916 yr Favre 17/28/244 yds/4 TDs/0 Ints Not too shabby. 2 games against the pack he has well over 500 yards 7 td's and no Int. I think he got his revenge...
November 2, 200916 yr 2 games against the pack he has well over 500 yards 7 td's and no Int. I think he got his revenge... The icing on the cake would be if they both managed to make the playoffs and Favre sent them home packing but that may be asking for a bit too much...
November 2, 200916 yr I LOVE IT!!!!!!! The media blistered him before he came back even though the Packers made the decision. They tried every way in the world to bring him down from being so self centered to a lockeroom cancer. They even threw in the washed up title. He continues to show he is one of the best to ever play the game! Minn is going to be a very tough out if they stay healthy!
November 2, 200916 yr Favre pretty much stuck it to his old team this season, he looks real good. The Packers offensive line is terrible, it's hard to belive that Rodgers hasn't missed any action.
November 2, 200916 yr Can someone refresh my memory as to why the Pack fans would boo Favre? They dislike him for the fact that their own franchise abandoned him apparently
November 2, 200916 yr I heard Brett might play 3 more years. I taped the game and will watch it later.
November 2, 200916 yr I heard Brett might play 3 more years. I taped the game and will watch it later. You got it a bit mixed up. He will retire after next year then play 2 more years:lol:.
November 2, 200916 yr They dislike him for the fact that their own franchise abandoned him apparently  I had an argument with my Pack fan buddy today over this very issue. He's anti-Favre, I told him he was ungrateful. That without Brett that franchise might well have remained irrelevant outside their time from the 60s prior. That a lot of his waffling was probably in fact related to Ted Thompson's attempts to push him out the door, and when he finally succeeded, that Favre did what a lot of people would; he set out to prove them wrong.
November 2, 200916 yr That guy just loves to play football, he would probably play for free. I agree but he was celebrating like someone who was happy about more than the W... he doesn't like someone in GB.
November 2, 200916 yr Favre 17/28/244 yds/4 TDs/0 Ints Not too shabby. Especially for a guy who isn't a top 15 QB.
