So, for me: 1) Magic 2) Big O 3) Cousy 4) Stockton 5) Kidd The ONLY reason I choose Magic over the Big O is his height and versatility in playing all 5 positions. Big O, to me, is the best all-around NBA player EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Nash should be listed as an HM, too. AI is an intriguing player. Should he be included here or rather as a shooting guard.
November 1, 200916 yr Not a top 5 PG, but Dennis Johnson, who played for Seattle and the Celtics is not a top 5 pg, but he is a winner and an excellent PG in the NBA. Just thought I'd throw his name out there!
November 1, 200916 yr 1. Oscar- Magic gets the love, but I think the Big O is the man here. 2. Magic- Also great. Easily these are the two best, IMO. 3. Cousy- Career speaks for itself. 4. Stockton- Just a great basketball player. 5. Thomas- I don't like him, but he is a great player. I think that if CP3 can get some help and win a title or two he is the most likely of the current guys to get here.

November 2, 200916 yr The Big O and it's not even close IMO. I think we are seeing two of the best of all-time potentially right now playing in Derrick Rose and Chris Paul. Eventually I think Paul will end up the best, but I see something in Rose that if he can play with someone like Dwyane Wade or Dwight Howard at some point the two will go on a Jordan-Pippen type run. 1. November 2, 200916 yr Rose has a long long way to go to even reach Chris Paul level. He does, but the way he played in the Playoffs gives me some hope he will be.
