I agree with LRCW,UK is better then SC despite the loss.

And I think UK could be better then Georgia, time will tell.

Now UK has better beat State or this poll is void.

Whichever teams the refs decide they want to win before the game starts are better than the teams they play.

12 Conference Championships and 2 National Championships say otherwise.

You are thinking of the wrong Bowden :thumb:

No National Titles or Titles appearances agree with me. Georgia won SEC East Titles when UF and Tennessee were down, there is no arguing that. Also, Bama was in down years in the SEC West, so their main competition should have came from Auburn and LSU during those years. Fine if you want to think Richt is a top of the line coach fine, but 30 years from now he will still have ZERO Titles, IMO. Georgia has Elite talent year in and year out. Good and Great coaches overachieve, Richt usually underachieves. Take last season for example, the Preaseason #1 with all kinds of talent turned into a joke that had to beat MSU in the bowl game to salvage their season. It's not that they got beat by some of the teams that they did, it's how they got beat. I can't believe anyone is defending him. Sure on paper his stats look good, but when you watch he is obviously overmatched in the SEC. Mark Richt is a joke like a Larry Coker or Ron Zook.

Comparing him to Coker or Zook is a joke. You all keep saying he underachieves every year, but only have last year as an example. He is a very solid coach... I never claimed elite... but he is solid. I'm sorry if the stats and facts support my argument.. want me to stop using them?

In regards to UT, I think they are on the up and up....and I do know that they are very Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.........they can make some noise to end the season....MSU and Uk were a toss up to me, I will flip flop wherever in regards to whoever wins this weekend. Arkansas, well, I think if they played ten times Arkansas would win more, mainly due to coaching.

I agree with this, but I think that the deciding factor this year would be the UK defense and Randall Cobb/Derek Locke.

^ UK's defense isn't statistically very good, and with that, offense is Petrino's strong point...

Laugh all you want, but Petrino has achieved much more as a coach than Rich Brooks.

He's finding out life in the SEC is a tad bit different than the Big (L)east isn't he?

Go Falcons!!!

He'll be just fine......he'll get the athletes, and everything will fall into place....

:thumb: For some reason, U of L fans will never see that. I can't imagine why.

Bobby won the Orange Bowl, but saying he has achieved much more than Brooks is pretty absurd.

Last time I checked, Brooks had a field named after him. Does Petrino?

Stats do not tell the entire story. Georgia is going to win games, just not big ones. And I do think that Coker does have something that Richt will never achieve...a MNC as head coach. Richt is just as big of a joke as Coker and Zook, he's another guy that can maintain a team, but not the guy that takes a team to the next step. Richt has to be one of the 5 most overrated coaches in America, IMO. More wins than any other SEC team the last 10 years, and nothing to show for it. This Georgia team is bad, and I expect that Georgia will only continue to slide a little farther. I cannot see them being a challenger to UF, Bama, LSU or Tennessee in the near future. Other teams are going to catch up with them. And don't worry, I'll tell you then that I told you so :D
