Coach Brooks won't be to happy with some of the play tonight but were over .500 now.

A win is a win. Games like this build depth. Newton and Fidler got some work and the Cats got the win. That's what these kind of games are about.

There is still a lot work left in order to get ready for when the Bulldogs invade Lexington on Halloween. A win is a win, now build on the winning streak!

We were very sloppy and won by 23... I'll take it.

Am I the only one that thinks Winston Guy should be taken off the starting D? Not just tonite but on third downs he plays to deep in the zone and gives up a lot of ground for recievers to come underneath him, he also trys to go for the big hits instead of securing a tackle, resulting in recievers getting YAC and first downs.

I don't think he started yesterday. He saw some action in situational downs, but Harrison and Cobb were the starters.

I'm with you Chachi. He did a lot of sitting last night. I think the coaching staff, while enamored with his athletic ability, is getting sick of his poor play and attitude.

I agree 100%. He makes a ton of mistakes and is full of himself.

QBs looked much better last week than this. How hard is it to throw the ball on the correct side of the receiver so he can at least make a play. Thank goodness for Randall Cobb and Corey Peters. I agree ULM qb is a tough kid he got beat up last night , and that probably led to the two interceptions. A win is a win though.

Our QB's need to get the ball out to the receivers quicker. Seemed like both Newton & Fidler would step back in the pocket and look at the receiver and wait for the receiver to break on their move...and THEN throw it. Timing will come....just need it to come next week vs MSU. Huge game!

Newton didn't get "happy" feet as I thought he would. He has a strong arm.
