October 25, 200916 yr Wrong. It's enforced as a dead ball foul from the succeeding spot, which would have been the spot where Alabama next snapped the ball. They didn't call it because the game was over. They didn't call it because they never saw it, the player had his helmet off before the play was dead. Flag is flag the game was NOT over, which a replay from the endzone. Lane Kiffin has asked the league for an explanation, and you may be right, but I'm curious how the SEC will rule, I expect the way you say, mainly because the mistakes by the Refs this year, and it seems every big game in the SEC the refs have blown a big call.
October 25, 200916 yr Thank you . Now the Tennessee fans can quit crying. Yeah we don't won't to start sounding like UK fans do we.

Worst thing is they are even missing calls on replays. :irked:
October 25, 200916 yr Yeah we don't won't to start sounding like UK fans do we. You're right you would here me one here complaining about a no call after the game is over for a kid taking off his helmet. If it had anything at all to do with the play I could understand , but it didn't game over.
October 25, 200916 yr ^^^I agree with him, the helmet thing is he thought the game had ended. And with the his block it did. I saw the picture in todays paper where I mentioned the kick was gonna go wide left and the picture proves my point. Let me know what y'all think or we can move on. Courier-Journal.com

Courier-Journal.com I agree the kick was going to be wide, as was with the first block, he was kicking low the whole game, even on the one that Lincoln made was very low, UT will need a lot of work, there special teams is the one area of the team that isn't getting any better. UT will need to recover and get ready for Carolina.
October 25, 200916 yr Anyone else think that UT may be the 3rd or 4th best team in the SEC right now? Wins and losses say no, but I think they would hold their own with any team in the SEC right now. Say what you want about Kiffin, but he sure can coach.
October 25, 200916 yr He just proved that, his daddy also. They are in good shape. Boy, I hate saying that/agreeing with you^^^the Vols.
October 25, 200916 yr It looks like the Vols are coming on,that could be bad news when we (UK) played them later.:scared:
October 26, 200916 yr Texas looks pretty good right now. Check the Longhorns complete resume this year... it isn't near as good as Bama.
October 26, 200916 yr IF Kiffin stays out of trouble, Tennessee is going to be a National player for years to come. He needs a QB. With the success that Sark is having at UW with a dual-threat guy in Locker, maybe Kiffin should have told Tahj Boyd to stay committed to UT.
October 26, 200916 yr How come when UF beats an under-matched SEC team in a close game, they're falling apart, but when Alabama wins a nail biter against Tennessee-an under-matched SEC team-it's a tough, gritty win?

Its not a good win, but this is Bama's first game of this sort. Florida on the other had has the UT game, Arkansas, and most recently MSU. And unlike Florida, Bama has not had the luxury of a bye week yet.
October 27, 200916 yr Big, this Bama/Vol game is always a huge game for both teams, Vols played y'all pretty good too. Their QB has played better sice the Gators have faced him.
