Rockmom got jerked around and treated like garbage over a stupid cup of hot chocolate. She complained to corporate, but hasn't heard anything back. If you want the full story of what happened, you'll just have to read her first post, because you asked for the short summary. If you had asked for the long summary, we would have had a record of it. You clearly asked for the short summary. The longer summary is never included with this type of thread. So there's no reason to get an attitude...if you were thinking of getting one, that is. Please pull forward and someone will bring a better summarization out to you.

October 29, 200916 yr I promise I am not making this up. I picked up "Jonathan" and a neighbor from school today. They were hungry so I decided to drive them through McDonald's. I know...not sure why I picked that place??? Blonde moment I guess. :irked: Anyways, I order the food. Two MEALS and a shake. She tells me the total and pull around. I get to the window and she tells me another price. I said why is the price different? I knew immediatly what she had done so I explain it to her. She says mostly under her breath "just give me the money"!!!!!!! I was not 100% sure what she said until we pull up to food window...our neighbor says "you know what she said and repeats it" :madman::madman::madman:. The woman at food window gives us our food and then I ask for the manager. I proceed to tell him exactly what happens. He has a shocked looked on his face. He states he will speak to the employee about the remarks. I said no worries..I'll be contacting your owner and corporate. I know that he handled this much better than Rockmom's manager but I was SHOCKED. :lol::lol: Needless to say I called Rockmom right away to share my story. Fired her up all over again. :clap::clap::clap: Will keep you posted.
