October 21, 200916 yr I had something similar happen at a McDonald's 2 years ago. I started to have a meltdown, but instead dialed the police and told them I wanted to report a theft at the McDonald's. The officer showed up. I presented my food and compared with my receipt, and the assistant manager was told that if they did not return my money or present me with the proper order, she would be arrested for theft. The proper order was made. THIS is why people sue businesses. When there is no more consideration for the customer, then there is no more consideration for the business. That's awesome! :clap:

October 23, 200916 yr I refuse to eat there anyway. Everytime I have gone, something was always wrong...cold, yucky, etc....so, it will not be hard for PH and I not to go....furthermore, I can't remember the last time we did eat at a fast food place....all of them have really gone down hill and gone up in prices.... The last time I went to McDonalds, something almost like this happend to me....I told the manager not to mess with me because I had not had my medications yet....she looked at me like I was crazy. I told her...seriously, I have not had my meds yet,so, don't mess with me!....LOL....I finally got my fries and drink...yes, they left both out of my bag and I was told that I must have left them in my car....PLEASE!!!! I told the manager that I was not in the habit of fry and drink theft! By the time I got out of that place, I really did feel as though i needed medications LOL
