Offense-Julio Jones is a STUD. IMO best WR in college right now. He isn't up there with Tebow, but I dont think anyone is Tebow status right now. The closest is Jahvid Best is second.

 

Defense- Taylor Mays. Nothing more needs to be said.

^^^ I'm a huge Julio fan too, but I think that AJ Green may have passed him. I think Julio looks like a different and better prospect for the pros though because he is a freak athlete.

Julio gets a lot of attention, and I think AJ is very good too.

 

The question of the thread mentions "Player" just one and I have to say Timmy.

Tim Tebow on offense...Eric Berry on defense, IMO

Not a huge Tebow fan.....BUT.....He is the best college football player we will see in a long time, Maybe ever....if you dont think he is explosive enough, you have to give points for his leadership and intensity....those attributes make him a legend, and Urban Meyer a genius!

If linemen were every seriously considered for the Heisman, then he would definately be mentioned.

 

I would love to see him in Bengals uniform, but no way he falls below top 5 picks.

You guys are taking Mays over Berry? I can respect that but I'm kind of shocked. I think Berry is about as good as it gets. Both are unbelievable prospects for the NFL I would imagine.

He is athletic as it gets for a 300lber. He strong enough to handle and beat double teams and he is athletic enough to drop back a little off the line and pick off passes. He is as good as it gets on the defensive line.
