You know RTS, you can say that all you want, but it was not and is not nearly the same. The level of "hate" to the war in Iraq and the fact that many thought GWB was a buffoon - I am generalizing here, does not rise to the level of hate and hanger that is being stirred up toward Obama.

Have you ever read the Huffington Post or some of the vitriole coming out of other left leaning orgs. or at times from the main stream press themselves? I've been all over Eastern Kentucky and there isn't anything normal about this. I have been to the roughest places you can imagine and never did anyone attempt to hang me. This man had to of been at the wrong place at the wrong time or stumbled upon something that he wasn't supposed to see.

Blogs are just one example. Bush was maligned and villified by the media at all levels for at least 6 1/2 of the eight years in office. Perhaps if Obama has two terms, the level of hatred and disrespect directed toward him will surpass that directed at Bush, but it will take quite some time for that to occur.

And somehow that is not worse than a Congressman yelling out "you lie" and then he was labeled a racist for the comment. And then was proven right as the WH added into the Health care package what was being pushed to be added by illegal immigrants.

Difference was: One was said (if it was I don't remember) as a speech from the floor, the other was said to the individual's face. If you can't see the difference in that LBBC, you've gone too far to a side. IMO.
