Am I Right That This Would Have Been Inappropriate?

I think you were more nervous than the nurse. Nurses see more than you think from both men and women.

Dude (or Dude-ette) , I'm way past the day of worrying what a female thinks of my body. Who am I trying to impress here?

Trust me, no nerves.

As well you should be. Their thoughts of your body are not pleasant ones. :puke:

Exactly.

Just like a player only needs ONE team to like him in recruiting or drafting I only need ONE woman to appreciate my form. Fortunately, I found the ONE.

This is so sweet...in a very strange sort of way! :bunny:

Was the nurse good looking?

You're obviously a Cinemax fan.

You're obviously a Cinemax fan.

I've seen my fair share of hot nurses :idunno:

Agreed. However, I will admit that looking for "funny" has gotten me into trouble once or twice.

Looking for "funny" got me in trouble just today!:sssh:

This is a funny thread, unless of course that the nurse was male. Not that there's anything wrong with that.:ohbrother:

I was at the doctor's office today and had to get a shot in the rump. Nurse says "drop your pants and let me give you a shot on your left side."

Obviously, this can be uncomfortable for some. I thought about easing the atmosphere by saying something like "Just to warn you my wife has been known to disrobe occasionally when she gets a look at this view."

Somewhere in the recesses of my brain I heard "don't say it."

It would have been an innocent remark on my side but I still think I made the right call.

Man, if I had that voice in my head I would have avoided a lot of problems in my life. Funny just isn't worth it sometimes. :D

IF she was hot...should have said...."You first"

1. Yes, it would have been inappropriate

2. It would have been funny

3. I would have said it without hesitation

Other good ones around nurses who ask you to "drop em".

"What, no dinner first?"

"Will you respect me tomorrow?"

"Don't laugh, it's cold in here."

"Like my tan lines?"

I WAS IN THE POOL!!!!!

True story of a statement a Nurse SHOULD NOT have made.

I was in the hospital with a kidney stone. As usual, I was severely dehydrated and finding a vein under those conditions is difficult for the best when it comes to me.

They stabbed me 7 times only to fail each time.

Finally, this attractive nurse who is working on me says (in front of my wife), "If I don't get it to work this time I'm going to crawl in that bed with you and make a vein rise up.":scared:

It was not a good thing to say in front of my wife because she just about went after her. I was in too much misery to care.
