September 22, 200916 yr I was at the doctor's office today and had to get a shot in the rump. Nurse says "drop your pants and let me give you a shot on your left side." Obviously, this can be uncomfortable for some. I thought about easing the atmosphere by saying something like "Just to warn you my wife has been known to disrobe occasionally when she gets a look at this view." Somewhere in the recesses of my brain I heard "don't say it." It would have been an innocent remark on my side but I still think I made the right call.
