The senior meal is cancelled for Thursday night due to having a 2nd grade JFL game at Green Township at 5:30. This may be good luck. We did not have a meal the week of the Boyd County game and we won, we have had a meal the last two weeks and we have lost. :idunno: Superstitious maybe but I will take no chances. :lol:

Truth be told... My son is a Ram, and I coached a majoriy of GCHS's seniors and juniors when they were middle schoolers. So I was going with GC because in my world I would like to take about 0.2-0.5% of the credit for teaching the GC players their foundation of fundamentals... :lol: But when I went to post my score predictions, my son would not allow me to place Raceland on the losing end of the score... :thumb: :lol:

What would make this game a little more interesting also, would be if Mr. Grayson suited up and was ready to play. He requires a double team usually. I am sure he would like to greet the Raceland back field.

This is the game that I have been waiting for since last year. Being both a Greenup alumni/fan and a Raceland resident/fan, I am having a difficult time picking a winner. I hope for a great, injury free game more than anything.

 

That being said, I believe that Raceland has a slight edge in this one. The feeling of losing 2 in a row has to be weighing heavily on the team, and I believe that they will come out with a newfound intensity.

Well, I have to sign out for the week, will be gone teaching at a National Boy Scout Advance Training for Boy Scout Leaders. Ram Fan 04 and sidelinedoc you have absolutely cracked me up this week with the Avitars, I love closet fans :lol:

I'm going to miss the game Friday night and I don't know if I will be able to get the internet at Camp Falling Rock so I won't know the scores until mr. mom55 calls me(he better not forget).

I have faith in my Musketeers but I know what it is like at Raceland - on their home field, their first home game.
