Log Mountain Boy Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 Top 10 teams in the state next year. I am going to take a stab at it. In no particular order: Warren Central Holmes Lou. Eastern Scott Co. Shelby Valley Tates Creek LexCath Ballard Clark Co. Bowling Green Christian Co, Boone Co, Mason Co, J'town, and Trinity should be very good as well.
Eyes and Ears Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 I was going to comment before I read your complete post. Bad habbit.

DragonFire Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 Believe me when I tell you that the cast around Behanan is not enough to make Bowling Green a top 10 team in the state. They may yet win the region, but they are definitely not preseason top 10.

Coming off a great season last year and adding him I figured they deserved to be up there, but I honestly know very little about what Bowling Green has coming back. They will have a tough time with Warren Central if Shanklin can stay healthy.

BG is not top 10 team in my opinion.

Replace them with Christian Co or J-Town.
Log Mountain Boy Posted July 22, 2009 Author Posted July 22, 2009 I too disagree with Bowling Green. Replace them with Christian Co or J-Town. Yeah now that I know a little more about Bowling Green I believe Christian Co. probably would be a top 10 team.

ally's mom Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 I would put Shelby Valley up there as well, I hear Josh Whitaker will definitely end up there when school starts. Anyone else heard this.
d-dawg Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 I would put Shelby Valley up there as well' date=' I hear Josh Whitaker will definitely end up there when school starts. Tiger1 Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 My Top 10 1A Holmes 1B Scott Co. 2. Shelby Valley 3. Eastern 4. Tates Creek 5. Clark Co. 6. Lex. Cath 7. Ballard 8. Warren Central 9. Christian Co. 10. Boone Co. I like your list except for Boone Co because they will not be top ten team in the state this year. Replace Boone with Highlands and then it looks good. :thumb:
Lakers22 Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Trinity may have the best team in Louisville. I would have them in the top 10.

Stranger things have happened. That would be very interesting if it does happen. Shelby Valley is already a top 5 team IMO.
