Desales scores TD at the end of 1st; 7-0

An undefeated Pburg team will win at Desales ; this one will be a nail-biter (easily will be the best of the bunch). We will have to wait until Saturday morning to see who was right.

Thoughts and predictions? I'll go with Pburg 35-34.

1. Pburg 2. Ft Campbell 3. Desales 4. Monroe Co.

Nonetheless; Justice (Shelby Valley) was 1st team All-State last yr. at the PG spot.

Shane Hall definitely has to be ranked; This kid is a future D1 player with continued hard work. The kid is unbelievable in the open court and can finish at the rim (either hand dunking) like a highly skilled D1 college player and he is only in the 8th grade.

And his play on the court will definitely be good enough to get it! He was the best PG in the state last yr. and will definitely improve off of that. Remember he was AP 1st team All-State last yr.

If u don't think politics has anything to do with it you are definitely kidding yourself, wait and see!!!! He has all the support in the mountains and enough elsewhere to win it.

Write it down; Justice will win it. Signing with Louisville definitely put him over the hump, He will get all the votes from the mountain regions and (after this) enough from out of the Louisville and Central Ky. area to put him over the hump!

I am from the 15th Region and had a chance to work with him at UK during Calipari's camp, this guy is a class act. I wish him the very best, Corey keep your head up from your opposing coach in the 15 yr old bracket during camp this summer.

This is the post I am referring to (Kansas St. guy)

Who is the assistant coach from Kansas St. thats from Eastern Ky.

7-Allen Central 5-Rockcastle 3-Harlan 2-Clay 1-Powell TB-AC

Josh Whitaker of Hazard last yr.

I called a friend up at Shelby Valley and asked did Whitaker enroll, he hasn't returned my call yet. Anyone know where Whitaker enrolled?
