The Ice play Atlanta Celtics at 10:40 on Monday and KC Pump n Run at 8pm.

 

Also, the KY Hoopfest starts on Thursday in Louisville and it is also loaded with some big teams.

Also on the Derek Smith team with Stenzel is Timmy Knipp, Elliott Co, Fant and Shanklin from Warren Central.

 

On the Derek Smith 17u team you have Cory Rogers, GRC and Colt Barnhill, East Carter.

 

According to a few coaches, Shanklin is out for the summer with stress fractures in his shins.

Also, to keep the N KY fans happy, the KY Ice have added Kellen Smith for the Jam Fest in WV and AAU Nationals in Orlando. Actually, they just wanted another guard for the tournaments and he was available. Gilbert could only commit to a couple of days for each tournament.
