June 19, 200917 yr I feel bad for the kids if this is the case, but then again... I always felt bad for these kids. Heard on Kidd Kraddick this morning that they're still contractually obligated for 40 more episodes which would net a payout of $3,000,000... So I'd say it's safe to say we'll get a couple more seasons -- Divorce or not.
June 19, 200917 yr Could this be a ploy to draw in ratings? I mean I hate to stipulate someones marriage, but in tv anything is possible. I know they've had problems, but could some of this actually be scripted to add a drama type feel? Lets face it, a happy marriage and the random daily occurrences of eight kids kind of gets to same ole same ole after awhile.

June 19, 200917 yr I absolutely think these two do not belong together. I wish Jon had not cheated on her, instead just outright divorcing her from the get go. She strikes me as a terrible woman.

June 19, 200917 yr Parents of multiples have a MUCH higher divorce rate as it is. Add in the sextuplet multiples and it was much less likely to work out anyway. I've never been a big fan of Kate. I always thought that she was too rough on Jon. However, I seldom saw Jon try to stick up for himself, so I put some of the blame on him, too. I'd say Kate has some redeeming qualities (doesn't everyone?) but that 8 kids, especially when they were little and they had so little help, has to have an effect on how you present yourself. I'll cut her some slack for that. Also, there is no defense for being unfaithful in your marriage, if that is indeed what Jon did. Did anyone else hear a rumor that Kate had been also?
