June 4, 200917 yr I guess you'll just have to not believe me, but it's true. And I guess you missed the part where I admitted that it was my own fault. I do realize mistakes happen. On the other hand, I do think that I should be able to have a reasonable expectation that MOST of the time I would find it in my bag whether I checked or not. I have heard numerous friends complain about that Wendy's. I think the problem lies with them and not you.

June 4, 200917 yr Kind of surprises me about Long John Silver. I've never had a problem with placing an order there.

A&W There is a young lady by the name of Ellen Henry that works at the A&W/Long John's here in Grayson that goes to the upmost when it comes to customer service. She is ALWAYS smiling and just ALWAYS in a great mood. She makes the fast food experience very enjoying at this resturaunt. :thumb::thumb:
June 6, 200917 yr McDonalds in Grayson. I have never gotten one order that had everything. Usually minus a fry... everything on a burger that I ordered plain... none of the sauces I ordered. The only time that it was correct was when the employees of the Olive Hill McDonald's came over and worked during a Christmas party. :ohbrother:(True Story) Maybe that should tell you something:laugh: No man, I'm just playing. Grayson McDonald's messes up your order, Olive Hill McDonald's takes 6 hours to fix your food. You just can't get a Big Mac in Carter County:lol:
June 10, 200917 yr The Hardee's in Maysville has generally done a great business at breakfast. After that, the place seems pretty much deserted. Hmm..... how about Arby's? I know they are slow sometimes.
June 10, 200917 yr Taco Bell #1 in inaccuracy hands down. Every time I go there they get SOMETHING wrong. I always check the bag but one time they forgot like 3 of my items...I only ordered about 5. McDonalds the other days forgot 2 items for me. I think Wendy's and Burger King get the orders correct for the most part. Also - Whenever McDonalds asks you what sauce you want with your nuggets through the speaker, it's almost a sure thing they won't give it to you. You HAVE to ask twice.

A&W I'll have to say...I've NEVER had my order messed up at White Castle. I have had to wait, but never had my order messed up. Of course, I don't order any thing fancy-schmancy like chicken rings or anything. The basics are what I go for.
June 11, 200917 yr At least once in this thread, we all have listed virtually every fast food chain known to mankind. IMO, it really comes down to the management at each individual fast food restaurant. Poor management = Poor service.

Of course White Castle, in my mind, doesn't even fall into the same category as "fast food" restaurants anyway. It is a special entity unto itself that is incomparable.
