I eat out all the time and can only remember one wrong in the past couple years. NKY has it down.

 

I very rarely have trouble in NKY.

I rarely ever have trouble. Sure, some of the places are a little slow, but I'll gladly wait the extra time for the right order. NKY is legit.

I don't usually have problems, but I do know that Arby's in Burlington must kill the cow in the restaraunt, they are SLLLLOOOOW.

 

I rarely eat out, but with our Arby's it also is really slow.

I haven't ate there in years, but Burger King is Crescent Springs always got my order wrong.

Taco Bell, wherever it may be always messes up.

McDonald's in Bardstown. 75% failure rate when the order involves more than 2 people. I've charted it.

I have to say the Mcdonald's in Danville and the one on 27 in Nicholasville do a real good job...

 

Now I have to say if one is real picky in the way they order...They are asking for trouble...

I am not sure I eat fast food more than 15 times a year, but I very seldom have my order screwed up.

Honestly, Wendy's in my neighborhood is the only place I consistently have a problem. And it's always the same problem...they forget my biggie fry. They'll always include all other items, including my daughter's fries. I think it's personal.

 

Pretty soon, you'll be paying a biggie VAT tax on your biggie fry.

By FAR the worst I've encountered is the Wendy's drive-thru in Danville. It's best to just reject the order as they hand it to you instead of driving away and having to come back to have it corrected.

My hypothesis is that Wendy's is often wrong because of all the different variations that they offer.

We did the Burger King in Frankfort several years ago, and when we got home the order was correct, but one of the Whoppers had a bite taken out of it. Took it back and got our money back. It was years before my wife would eat there again.

Could be, but in the Danville Wendy's case, I think it has something to do with the local management. Many times, it appears that there are just a bunch of kids working without any shift manager in sight.

Taco Bell and the McDonalds in South Corbin get my order wrong about 75% of the time................better check it before leaving the window.

Here's another thought; one that someone here on BGP brought up some time ago.

 

Small towns by definition have a smaller talent pool upon which to draw to man restaurants and other businesses. Does it stand to reason that a town the size of Maysville or Danville, for example, will have a harder time finding quality chefs, clerks, waiters, etc. than a larger town?
