May 21, 200917 yr Author I really like the hardwood floors in it! Some are hardwood, some are laminate, there is hardwood under the carpet in the bed rooms.

Its in Paducah:lol: Thanks guys, yes it has no termites, I'm pretty excited, but it's a little scarey! 30 years is a long time. I'm sure I'll either upgrade in homes or pay it off long before then, but still a little overwhelming to think about it. But it's probably never going to be a better time to buy than right now, so I took the plunge.

I have signed the contract 2 weeks ago and we don't close until June 24th. :ohbrother: My agent must work like yours, the contract was signed a month ago, I dont officially close until May 29th.
